TERMS AND CONDITIONS

INDIVIDUALLY PAID ATTENDEES (not included with sponsorships) must make payment in full upon registering, and may choose to cancel in writing at any time by emailing Level7@eventfullyyourz.com, and will have the following options: 

1. Substitute an attendee at any time up until October 10, 2025

2. Cancel entirely –  

a. If cancelled on or before September 12th, 2025, a full refund may be issued.

b. If cancelled on or after September 13, 2025, a refund cannot be provided for cancellations or no-shows. 

SPONSORS may elect to pay by credit card in full upon registering or at minimum 50% of the total amount with balance due no later than August 29, 2025, to avoid automatic cancellation. If payment in full has not been made before a cancellation is requested, payment will remain due based on date cancelled, and amount already paid to pay later by either credit card.

Sponsors may request to cancel their participation in writing at any time by emailing Level7@eventfullyyourz.com and will have the following options: 

1. Substitute attendees for any of your included sponsor attendees up until October 10, 2025, OR

2. Cancel entirely without substitution and forfeit all future promotion – 

a. If cancelled on or before August 15, 2025, a 50% refund is issued. 

b. If cancelled on or after August 16, 2025, a refund or credit cannot be provided, and full payment is due by August 29, 2025.

If the in-person event is cancelled by the organizers for any reason AND a virtual option is provided, all attendee and sponsor tickets will be converted to virtual access with a 50% refund given. If a virtual option is not provided, a full credit for all monies paid will be provided to all sponsors and attendees to be utilized for a future event hosted by Coach Pipes/G3.

CONFERENCE PAYMENTS

All conference registration and sponsorship payments are processed by our third-party event management firm, EventfullyYourz, on behalf of Level 7. Note that credit card statements may reflect “EventfullyYourz Event Management" or a description similar to the merchant’s name. FLAGGL reserves the right to cancel any registration or sponsorship that is not paid timely according to payment due dates, retaining any funds already received.
