   Michael Baird is managing broker and co-owner of Baird Group Realty.  A 27-year veteran of the Real Estate Industry, there aren't many situations or markets that I  haven't navigated. My passion for leading Real Estate agents developed in the mid-2000s when  websites and even the internet were still in their infancy. Looking back, embracing technology  during a time when most weren't familiar, gave me a head start on my career. I'm a  second-generation Broker/Owner having literally grown up in this business. It's all I've ever  known and I couldn't imagine doing anything else. Today I own and operate a $300 million a  year Real Estate Brokerage. Over the course of my career, I’ve closed and managed over  10,000 real estate transactions. I am eternally grateful to be able to work beside and coach  some of the best our industry has to offer.

 With a robust background in real estate and business, I bring a wealth of experience and proven  success to my coaching practice. I sold real estate in downtown Toronto for over 20 years,  consistently ranking in the top 1% for approximately 10 of those years. My journey in real estate  saw me lead a dynamic team that evolved from just myself and an assistant to a well-oiled  machine of 12 members, including full-time assistants, a team operations manager, inside sales  representatives, and multiple Realtors.  Early in my career, I benefited from the expertise of the Richard Robins Real Estate coaching  company. Seeking further growth, I joined the Tom Ferry organization, where I was coached by  Mary Jet. Mary played a crucial role in helping me establish foundational systems and  processes. For rapid growth, I then worked directly with Tom Ferry and subsequently with Bill  Pipes, who guided me through the implementation of Boom Town for online lead generation.  My coaching journey came full circle when I was hired by the Tom Ferry organization as a  coach. I had the privilege of coaching 20 to 30 clients, with 90% of them achieving significant  success. I played a key role in helping several clients grow their Gross Commission Income  (GCI) from under $100K to over $1M.  Currently, I coach clients with GCI ranging from $100K to over $1M. A couple of my coaching  clients at Remax Hallmark, whom I am hoping to bring into our program, have seen remarkable  growth since we started working together:  ● One client grew from $987K and is now pacing $1.5M.  ● Another went from $600K and is now pacing $2M.  Beyond real estate, I demonstrated my business acumen by taking a new pool company to $5  million in gross revenue within three years, leveraging the marketing and sales systems and  processes I honed over the years. My entrepreneurial spirit has led me to own multiple  companies, renovate numerous properties, and buy and sell multi-unit residential properties.
