Bill's extensive coaching and training experience includes 15 years with Mike Ferry, 5 years at Keller Williams MAPS, coach and trainer for Everest Realty in Salt Lake City, and 9 years with Tom Ferry. 

      

As a speaker, Bill has led over 580 sales seminars with 400,000+ combined attendees. Through all of this and with the help of great mentors, he has learned the key strategies for driving productivity, scaling profitability, effective operations, transferring skills to sales teams, and building a protective culture. Born in Lawrence,  Kansas, and a Colorado resident since 1997, he is an alumnus of Pepperdine University in  Malibu, CA, and the University of Colorado in Boulder. He is a former collegiate and touring professional golfer, and has worked in the family real estate 

   Michael Baird is the managing broker and co-owner of Baird Group Realty. He now runs his team and brokerage at Baird Group Realty and prides himself on the training and business building of his agents. Justin helped guide the growth of his team to become number one in Arizona and the number six team in the nation, with more than 220 agents and six locations. His team also became the first in Arizona to sell more than  $1 billion in annual volume and more than 3,000 annual units.  Micah Munro brings a wealth of experience and proven success to his coaching practice, backed by a robust background in real estate and business. He sold real estate in downtown Toronto for over 20 years, consistently ranking in the top 1% for approximately 10 of those years. His journey in real estate saw him lead a dynamic team that grew from just himself and an assistant to a well-oiled machine of 12 members, including full-time assistants, a team operations manager, inside sales representatives, and multiple Realtors.

Early in his career, Micah benefited from the expertise of the Richard Robins Real Estate coaching company. Seeking further growth, he joined the Tom Ferry organization, where he was coached by Mary Jet, who played a crucial role in helping him establish foundational systems and processes. For rapid growth, Micah then worked directly with Tom Ferry and later with Bill Pipes, who guided him through the implementation of BoomTown for online lead generation.

Micah’s coaching journey came full circle when he was hired by the Tom Ferry organization as a coach. There, he had the privilege of coaching 20 to 30 clients, with 90% of them achieving significant success. He played a key role in helping several clients grow their Gross Commission Income (GCI) from under $100K to over $1M. Currently, he coaches clients with GCI ranging from $100K to over $1M. A couple of his coaching clients at Remax Hallmark, whom he hopes to bring into his program, have seen remarkable growth since they began working together:

  • One client grew from $987K and is now pacing $1.5M.
  • Another went from $600K and is now pacing $2M.

Beyond real estate, Micah demonstrated his business acumen by taking a new pool company to $5 million in gross revenue within three years, leveraging the marketing and sales systems and processes he had honed over the years. His entrepreneurial spirit has led him to own multiple companies, renovate numerous properties, and buy and sell multi-unit residential properties. With extensive experience in investment properties and renovations, his expertise in the real estate industry has only deepened.

In addition to his professional achievements, Micah has completed Landmark Forum training, which has enhanced both his personal and professional development.
